What kinds of weddings do you officiate?

We joyfully serve all couples — traditional, modern, interfaith, non-religious, LGBTQ+, elopements, micro-weddings, and large ceremonies.

Do you offer a complimentary consultation?

Yes. We offer a free Ceremony Vision Consultation via Zoom to discuss your ceremony vision, preferences, and logistics.

Do you file the marriage license?

Yes. You’ll need to obtain your marriage license through your county clerk. On your wedding day, we will sign, complete, and I return the license to your County Clerk’s office.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Weddings require more notice and follow the terms outlined in your service agreement.

How quickly do you respond to messages?

We respond promptly during business hours. Messages received after-hours are addressed as soon as possible the next business day.

Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?

Yes, if our schedule allows. Same-day mobile notary and urgent loan signings are available upon request.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Northeastern Illinois, including Will, DuPage, Kendall, and Cook Counties. As a fully mobile service, we travel to homes, offices, hospitals, senior facilities, cafés, and community locations for your convenience.

Are you a mobile-only business?

Yes. All services are fully mobile, which means we come to you. This includes notary appointments, loan signings, and wedding ceremonies.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can book directly through our online scheduling page. Simply choose your service, select your preferred date and time, and receive instant confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and cash (for select services). Invoices and receipts are provided for all appointments.

What types of documents do you Notarize/ Notarial Acts do you perform?

We notarize a wide range of documents, including:

Take Acknowledgments, Administer Oaths and Affirmations, Witness or Attest Signatures, Certify Copies of Certain Documents, Execute Jurats, Perform Verifications on Oath or Affirmation.

Perform Notarial Acts for Real Estate Closings, Including:

• Purchase

• Seller transfer

• Refinance

• HELOC

• Reverse Mortgage

• Loan modifications

• Debt consolidation packages

(As long as all signers appear personally and present proper ID.)

Do you charge travel fees?

Yes. Travel fees apply based on distance and will be shown during online booking

What do I need to have for my notary appointment?

Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID).

All documents must be unsigned

Can you notarize documents for someone who is hospitalized or in a care facility?

Yes. We regularly travel to hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, hospice facilities, and senior residences.

The signer must be alert, aware, and willing to sign.

Can you provide legal advice?

No. As a Notary Public, we cannot give legal advice or interpret documents. Please consult an attorney if you need legal guidance.

Do you offer evening or weekend Loan Signings?

Yes, based on availability. We understand that real estate transactions often require flexibility.

How long does a typical signing take?

Most loan signings take 45–75 minutes, depending on the loan type and document size.

Do you work with signing services and title companies?

Yes. We work directly with Title Companies, Lenders, Escrow Officers, Attorneys, and Signing Agencies.
